HYDROPHOBIC DOWN
We subject the down to special processes that make it water-resistant, which is crucial for industries such as outdoor. The advantage of hydrophobic down is that it does not lose its functional properties when in contact with moisture – in this respect, its parameters are much better suited to the needs of outdoor clothing and equipment. We offer hydrophobic down in several quality classes and fill power levels.

FEATHERS & OTHER FRACTIONS
Our production follows a zero-waste philosophy and respects the natural environment, which is why our sales offer includes both feathers and other fractions. High-quality feathers are an excellent filling for furniture and decorative pillows. Other fractions are used, among other things, in the cosmetics industry – feathers contain large amounts of natural keratin – a component of many daily body and hair care products.
NIKWAX® DIRECT.DRY DOWN
In our raw material processing procedures, we use NIKWAX DIRECT.DRY DOWN technology. Renowned washing agents ensure the highest cleanliness of the final product, which is our Polish white goose down.
We also use this technology in the processing of natural duck down. Thanks to this, our down – both goose and duck – is a high-quality, safe filling for many products, such as duvets and pillows, jackets, sleeping bags, and others.
Thanks to this technology, we obtain hydrophobic down that maintains high hydrophobic properties, which increase the down’s ability to “repel water,” making it ideal for use where moisture is undesirable. Equally important, NIKWAX® technology enhances the natural insulation properties of down.
The products used in our processes are safe to use, free of PFAS, and harmless to the natural environment.
